Holiday Inn Express Monterey-Cannery Row

The room itself was very small, the towels were old and tattered. Beds were very small, not queen size like advertised, most definitely full size. Overpriced for the quality.

This hotel was easy to find. Everyone was friendly, the room was clean and housekeeping was good about servicing the room in a timely manner.

A reasonable rate at a great location.

This hotel was a great balance between affordable and fun. It was in a great location, so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This hotel was very very nice, and comfortable. I will be staying there again in the future.

The room was so small that it was uncomfortable. When I complained, they said that they could do nothing. I was very disappointed.

The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Cannery Row and Fisherman's wharf. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast isn't that exciting but for a quick bite it will do. I wish they would have had a room with two queen beds, that way our son could have slept on his own bed rather than the sofa bed (which he didn't complain about, kids can sleep on anything!). It was a wonderful weekend and the hotel was quiet. The parking is located under the hotel with a short deep descent, you cannot park an overly tall vehicle in there and the space is a little tight so if you have an exceptionally long vehicle, rethink parking there unless they will offer you one of the few spaces above ground in front of their building. They were kind enough to let us to continue to use the parking space for the rest of the day after we checked out. The Holiday Inn Express in Monterey is a great place to stay. It is in a great location. The room was clean. The breakfast is great (bacon and eggs, toast, bagels, fruit, coffees, juices just to name a few items) The only bad thing about the Hotel is it takes up the length of the block from one street to the other and the street on the rear side is a very busy street.
